Shipping policy

Regarding shipping charges, there is no charge for shipping nationwide.
Please note that shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Shipping methods are specified by our store and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.
We accept date and time zone specifications only for in-stock items.
As a rule, we do not accept date and time zone specifications for made-to-order items.

Basically, the order will arrive in 2 to 3 days after the delivery is completed (3 to 4 days in case of remote islands).
(In some cases, such as remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)
(In the event of a natural disaster or a large-scale event, the delivery may take up to 3-4 days.
Please understand this in advance.

Although we take great care to avoid scratches and dents on the outer box when preparing for shipment, there is a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after being handed over to the delivery company due to some trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
Please allow for scratches and dents on the outer box to the extent that they do not interfere with the use of the product.
