Care

  • Jewelry is very delicate. Please refrain from wearing it when doing housework, bathing, sleeping, carrying heavy luggage, or playing sports, as it may cause deformation, damage, or injury. Also, avoid contact with objects, impacts, or high places. Please be careful not to drop the product from a distance as this may cause damage or deformation.
  • In particular, natural stones may chip or break if dropped.
    Even hard diamonds can chip if strong force is applied in the direction of cleavage (the direction in which the crystal is likely to break). Since broken natural stones cannot be repaired, please be careful not to hit them or drop them on a hard floor or washbasin. If you have a tray, we recommend wearing the ring on the tray, or on a soft floor such as a carpet.
  • Avoid storing the product in direct sunlight or in dry, hot, and humid places for long periods of time, as this may cause deterioration or discoloration.
  • Natural stones (especially pearls and opals) can deteriorate and discolor if left with moisture or sweat. Also, contact with cosmetics or chemicals can lead to deterioration such as losing luster, so please wipe gently with a jewelry cloth or soft cloth before storing.
  • If jewelry comes into contact with other jewelry, it can easily become scratched or broken, so we recommend storing them in a jewelry case where they can be kept individually.
    Please also make use of the original box and pouch that comes with your purchase from talkative.
  • Even with normal use, K10 and silver products can begin to sulfide due to sebum, sweat, and the atmosphere, causing the silver surface to darken. After use, wipe the surface with a soft cloth and store in a plastic bag with a zipper to prevent discoloration.
  • Please refrain from using ultrasonic cleaners as they may damage some stones.
  • If you experience any abnormalities on your skin such as itching or swelling while wearing the product, discontinue use and consult a medical specialist.

Maintenance & Repair

To help you enjoy your jewelry for a long time, we offer free maintenance and repairs for up to six months after purchase.
We can accept requests after six months for a fee.

(Please note that depending on the condition of lost or damaged parts, there may be cases where a fee is charged or repairs cannot be made even within the repair period.)

Repair procedure

  1. Please bring it to the store where you purchased it or to our Omotesando main store.
    Delivery is also available (delivery costs are to be borne by the customer)
    *If you are shipping the product, please indicate the area you would like repaired.
    Our craftsmen will carefully inspect the item, including the area you wish to repair.
    *Please present the sales certificate provided to you at the time of purchase.
  2. We will contact you as soon as we have a quote and delivery date.
    It usually takes about a week to prepare a quote.
  3. Once you agree to the repair details, we will proceed with the repair after you pay the repair fee.
  4. Once the repair is complete, we will contact you to inform you of the completion and to confirm the delivery method.
