Opening staff for the directly managed Osaka store (scheduled to open in spring 2025)
In spring 2025, we will open our first street-level store in the Kansai region in Osaka.
You will be involved in setting up the store from the ground up, so you will not only enjoy the joy of working together with your colleagues, but if you are interested in running a store, this will also help you improve your own skills.
This will be a very rare opportunity as this will be the first directly managed store in 12 years.

We are looking for people who can empathize with talkative's manufacturing philosophy, which is not bound by existing values and adheres to its own unique philosophy, and who can be deeply involved in all aspects of the process, including design, tailoring, and the appreciation of natural stones.

Talkative Osaka store (Nishi-ku, Osaka)
◾️Employment status: Full-time and part-time (a few people will be hired. Trial period: 6 months)
◾️Holidays and vacation shift system (8 days or more per month)・110 days or more of vacation per year (including summer and winter vacations), annual paid vacation, special leave for special occasions
◾️Working hours: 8 hours working + 1 hour break between 10am and 8pm. Shift work.
◾️Salary<br>Wage will be determined according to our company regulations, taking into account experience and ability. Incentive system available.
Salary increase once a year.
Bonuses twice a year (for full-time employees, based on performance).

<Eligibility requirements>
- Experience in sales and customer service (for store manager candidates, preference will be given to those with store manager or equivalent experience).
・Someone who can empathize with talkative's brand concept and approach their work with sincerity.
-People who like jewelry and fashion.
・Cheerful and have excellent communication skills.
Basic PC skills required.
・Preference will be given to those who can speak foreign languages.
・Age and gender restrictions.
